TARC Launches New Rapid Line

Route will bring an enhanced level of service to Dixie Highway bus riders

FRANKFORT, Ky. (Jan. 3, 2020) – Secretary Jim Gray, Mayor Greg Fischer and local representatives and officials will host a ribbon-cutting to launch Louisville’s first bus rapid transit route which will provide service every 15 minutes during weekdays from the Gene Snyder to Downtown Louisville. The Rapid line is being launched as part of the New Dixie Highway Project.
