Pat Sudduth Named Director of Administrative Services

Kentucky Department of Corrections Deputy Commissioner Hilarye Dailey today announced that Pat Sudduth has been named as the director of the department’s Division of Administrative Services. This division includes fiscal management, procurement services and property management.

“Throughout her Department of Corrections and state government career, Pat Sudduth has demonstrated the integrity and perseverance necessary in successfully managing limited funding resources,” said Dailey. “Her knowledge of fiscal policy and procedures as well as her dedication will serve the department well in this role.” 

Sudduth has served as assistant director of the division since 2016. She began her career with the Department of Corrections in 1997 as a secretary chief. In 2001 she was promoted to administrative specialist III in the fiscal branch. In 2005 Sudduth was promoted to internal policy analyst II and a year later was promoted to internal policy analyst III. In 2012 she was promoted to branch manager of the Division of Administrative Services.

Prior to coming to DOC, Sudduth had 16 years of experience working for the Department of Revenue, Department of Labor and the Franklin County Board of Education.

Sudduth was a recipient of a 2002 Commissioner’s Award for central office and the 2009 Deputy Commissioner’s Award.
