FRANKFORT, Ky. (June 11, 2026) – Attorney General Russell Coleman announced today the indictment of the Campbell County Property Valuation Adminstrator (PVA) on charges related to attempts to solicit a minor.
On Thursday morning, a Campbell County Grand Jury indicted Daniel Braun, 52, on two counts of Procuring or Promoting the Use of a Minor by Electronic Means (Class C Felony).
According to the indictment, Braun contacted a minor he believed to be under the age of 18 on at least two occasions in March 2026. A detective with the Attorney General’s Office posed as a minor in the conversations that led to Braun’s arrest.
