Friday, November 04, 2005 Madisonville, KY – (October 31, 2005) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is making improvements to an intersection that hundreds of Muhlenberg County residents drive through everyday. A 4-Way Stop is being added at the intersection of KY 181 and KY 175 just west of Bremen in northern Muhlenberg County.

Thursday, November 03, 2005 Madisonville, Ky (October 27, 2005) - Governor Ernie Fletcher, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Federal Aviation Administration and local governments are working to upgrade Kentucky’s aviation network. Those upgrades include projects the Owensboro-Daviess County Regional Airport, as well as airports in Madisonville, Henderson, Ohio County, and Muhlenberg County.

It combines with pressures from hunters in the woods and farmers harvesting crops to put deer on the move. The additional movement means more deer crossing area roadways increasing the number of collisions between deer and vehicles.
