MANCHESTER, KY. ---(April 25, 2008)— The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet intends to close the Boulevard of Champions (entrance to Whitley Co. High), located off US 25W in Whitley County Monday, April 28, 2008 to construct a new entrance.

The road will be closed to all traffic at approximately 8:00 AM Monday morning, April 28.  Construction is expected to last for approximately one (1) week or until project is completed.

The actual starting date and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.

                MOTORISTS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR SLOWED/STOPPED TRAFFIC
