FRANKFORT, KY – Kentucky Gov. Steve Beshear has appointed the following members to the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Board of Directors to serve for terms expiring Sept. 11, 2013:

• John L. Rogers III, of Hodgenville, is the senior vice president of Lincoln National Bank. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics from Georgetown College. The appointment replaces Rita H. Robbins, whose term has expired.
   
• Donna Moser Peak, of Shepherdsville, is the retired vice president, finance and controller for the U.S. Postal Service. She received her Bachelors of Economics and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Louisville. The appointment replaces George C. Cheatham, whose term has expired.

The members of the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Board of Directors are selected from a list of names submitted to the governor by the Elizabethtown Community and Technical College Nominating Commission. The board is responsible for adopting and implementing an annual budget, approving budget requests and evaluating the functions of the school and the school’s staff.
