Members of the committee are: Stan Cave, State Budget Director; Jack Adams, Kentucky State Police; Ronnie O’Nan, Kentucky Transportation Employees Association; and gubernatorial appointees David Dowell, John Hall, Andrew Jacobs, Todd Lowe, Shawn Ridley and Deborah Tudor.
