  Governor Ernie Fletcher has issued a writ of election for the 63rd House District Seat, vacated by Rep. John Draud upon his acceptance of the position of Kentucky Commissioner of Education. A special election to fill Draud seat will be held January 8, 2008.

  Governor Ernie Fletcher has issued a writ of election for the 72nd House District Seat, vacated by Rep. Carolyn Belcher upon her election as Bath County Judge Executive. A special election to fill Belcher’s seat will be held January 8, 2008.
